It has a larger surface area distributed closer to the center. The pintail makes the board super maneuverable and at the same time stable when charging powder or groomers. The tapered outline will make you going quick from edge to edge on groomed slopes. The smooth side-cut transition at the nose area will prevent you from catching an edge, even when riding a flat base.
