Speed 57 wheels are the culmination of a process that included over 4000 hours of testing in the wind tunnel, laboratory, and the open road to achieve the best performance in terms of aerodynamics, rolling resistance, lightness, and handling, without compromising safety. An evolution without compromises: the new rims (higher, wider, lighter, and more aerodynamic), combined with new hubs and spokes create a wheel system that is sure to make your ride faster. The graphics have been completely redesigned too, and reflect the new Form Function Fulcrum brand identity, with a minimal and at the same time refined design. Utilizing new carbon fiber rim construction, these wider rims paired with 28 mm tires provide a level of performance without compromises, with optimum aerodynamic penetration, rolling resistance and comfort. MOMAG technology creates a 2-WAY FIT tubeless rim without the need for tubeless rim tape, while the traditional bead hook ensures maximum compatibility with all tube-type and tubeless tires on the market. 57mm rim depth combined with flat blade spokes provide improved aerodynamics and handling. Redesigned hubs with USB ceramic ultra smooth bearings reduce drag and improve efficiency wit more torsional stiffness. Rear hub ratchet freewheel system has been reinforced and increased in size so that now it houses 36 teeth for improved engagement and efficiency
