How can I delete my account?
If you choose to close your account, the process is relatively straightforward. Launch the SENDY mobile app or log in to the SENDY website, access the sidebar menu, and select Settings. If there's anything we can do to better serve you, please reach out via the contact form or chat (if available). There's a good chance we can resolve any issues you may have. We're super nimble and can likely either find a workaround that works for you and/or add your needs as a feature request to eventually add to our roadmap. If you're set on deleting your account, please continue to the Account section, where you'll find the 'Delete Account' button. Upon clicking, you will be prompted to confirm the account deletion. It's crucial to note that this action is irreversible once confirmed. If any remaining funds are in your account balance, we advise settling them first, as unwithdrawn funds will be forfeited.
